Best of ABQ. This place has been a life saver. When things are stable and easy, they are reliable and dependable. The front desk is friendly and the provider I have seen is caring, professional, and friendly. When things aren’t stable and easy, say during medication shortages and other unusual events, the staff have gone over and beyond my expectations. Also, shout out to the pharmacy located inside the clinic - they are fast and very helpful (they actually ran back an alternative medication suggestion to my provider while I waited!).

If you are have mental health issues then you need to STAY AWAY from Sage Neuroscience! I was having some tentatively serious issue and was in what I call a “Deep Funk”. They were able to get me in to see someone quickly, Apparently this was an initial meeting to assess and assign the best counselor for my issues. So once I understood what was happening and that I was not going to get any time to address my specific issues I stressed that I would really like to get someone quickly to help. I had asked for a male counselor but told my intake interviewer that because I was in this state that I would take anyone and asked that this could happen quickly. After over a week I had not been contacted. I left a message that I was disappointed that my issues were not taken seriously and asked that someone contact me soon. I never got a call back, It’s been 2 months and still no contact. Luckily I was able to get through the pressing issues but it confirmed that Sage Neuroscience doesn’t care about helping people. IF YOU ARE HAVING MENTAL ISSUES DO NOT GO TO SAGE AS THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

I went here for a very important treatment for my mental health. It took me weeks to months of consistently calling, visiting, and reminding them that I needed an appointment just to get the treatment started. The people treating me seemed completely detached the entire time and did not seem confident about what they were doing. I later found out they used a treatment on me that was not FDA approved. My doctor also did not show up at all for my telehealth follow up appointment that was supposed to happen 3 months ago, and Sage still has not refunded me for that appointment. Now, because they have incomplete records on my treatment results, I may be blocked from getting insurance for that treatment in the future. The people working here are generally good people, but their entire system is broken and WILL screw you over in the future.

I know somebody who has been trying to contact this place for two days trying to get medication refill and no answers. What kind of establishment prescribes lethal medication that could cause harm if the person has to withdraw from it because staff can’t answer the phone or refill the prescription? This place needs to be investigated for negligence. By others reviews, this place is neglecting there patients by ignoring their needs of simply needing their prescription fill. Sadly, I hope nobody gets hurts because the establishments action. Don’t come here and avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. New clinical director was originally brought on as a contractor under the guise of addressing the phone complaints by re-training phone call handling staff, then suddenly got hired as the new executive director and began to make sweeping changes that served to increase profit regardless of negative impact to patients as I'm sure you can tell. There is no longer any regard for quality of care. Really shady things going on here, if you are in crisis please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you are able to. It's not worth your safety and well being to place your trust in this org when they are solely concerned with lining their pockets. They aren't out to help our community any more merely to profit off those who truly need support.
